Sampling is a crucial stage where ideas transform into tangible prototypes—allowing designers, start-ups, and established labels to evaluate fit, fabric behavior, construction details, and overall quality. Our team approaches each sample with meticulous attention, ensuring every stitch, measurement, and finishing reflects your technical requirements and creative direction.

The sampling phase functions as both a testing ground and a creative refinement step. It allows brands to review proportions, adjust silhouettes, test trims, evaluate fabric compatibility, and confirm that the garment matches their intended standard. Throughout the process, we follow your tech pack, reference sample, measurement chart, or visual guideline, ensuring your concept is translated accurately into the first physical piece. While Bali Garment does not create tech packs, we excel at executing garments based on the tech pack provided by the customer, ensuring alignment between your design blueprint and the final prototype.

Our Sampling Process Includes:
– Initial Review: We closely examine your tech pack or reference sample, noting key details such as construction, finishing type, fabric choice, measurements, and design features.

– Pattern Development: Creating patterns tailored to your sizing specifications, ensuring proper fit and structure for the sample.

– Prototype Construction: Producing the first physical sample using the requested fabric or a substitute (if fabric is not yet final).

– Fit & Quality Check: Reviewing stitching quality, seam alignment, garment proportions, and overall craftsmanship before presenting the sample.

– Revision Handling: Making necessary adjustments—such as resizing, changing finishing methods, adjusting fit, or altering details—based on your feedback.

– Final Approval Stage: Completing revised samples until the result matches your brand standards and is approved for mass production.
