Sample processing time is 1-2 weeks, but it usually depends on quantity and complexity of the sample. it will be faster if you give us specific and clear instructions, also it’s very important to give us the correct measurements. If you’re not sure about the style and measurements, you can contact us and we will do a product consultation.

Before you place your order we will give you our timeline, and our production capacity – 500pcs per week.  However, if you want to produce than that, don’t worry, we can also freelance part of the production.

You can use a standard size chart and also bring your own size chart. For grading you can use 3 size grading.

We can do it remotely by email, whatsapp, zoom, google meet, or skype.  You can also come to our Megaya Bali Workshop or we can also meet outside the workshop too.  To schedule an appointment in person please give us one days prior notice.

You can bring your own fabric or you can ask me to help select the fabric for you. We have many kinds of fabric to choose from like rayon, linen, cotton, spandex, nylon, lace, chiffon, bamboo, jersey, viscose, silk, satin, crepe, poplin, microfiber, fujiette, corduroy, etc.


Megaya Bali can facilitate packaging, and you can select the packaging that you want to use.

We worked with several shipping companies such as DHL, FEDEX and Pos Indonesia International for international shipping. For express shipping, we use DHL as our standard shipping. We also collaborate with local company such as JNE, TNT and JNT for domestic shipping.

Each country imposes a different tax for each package received from other countries. Import fees, duties, handling fees, customs charges, or any other charge imposed by your government are the buyer’s responsibility. And in accordance with international laws, we will not falsify customs forms, we will label your package as commercial. You can use an online duty calculator or contact your country’s customs office directly to help estimate what import fees your purchase might incur in your country.

We will send the tracking number right after we send your package. If you have for whatever reason not received it within a certain amount of days, we will gladly help you contact DHL Indonesia for further information.


Cancellation can be done if the deposit that has been fully paid and forfeited..

We do not accept returns. Except if we have made the wrong product or the product has a defect.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, we can fix it for you. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please make a note of your tracking number from your shipping label, and keep it for your records. We are not liable for returned packages without the a tracking number should the shipment get lost in transit.
