Packaging
Packaging
Packaging is more than protection—it’s part of your brand’s storytelling, shaping how customers feel the moment they receive your product. At Megaya Bali, we support your packaging needs by applying the custom packaging materials you provide, ensuring every garment is presented in a clean, organized, and aesthetically aligned way. From minimalist brands to luxury labels, we help elevate the overall customer experience through careful garment handling and consistent presentation.
We Don’t Produce Packaging Materials In-House, but We Support Your Workflow
Megaya Bali does not manufacture packaging materials such as custom boxes, branded sleeves, printed tissue paper, mailer bags, or product cards. However, we fully support clients who wish to use their own packaging sourced from their preferred suppliers. Whether your packaging concept is eco-friendly, premium, minimalist, or highly customized, we apply it with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final presentation reflects your brand identity beautifully.
We ensure garments are stored, handled, and packed in alignment with your packaging concept—resulting in a cohesive, retail-ready presentation.
Working With Your Preferred Packaging Supplier
Each packaging supplier has its own material specifications, sizing, and usage guidelines. To ensure a smooth workflow, simply provide us with:
– Your chosen packaging items (boxes, mailers, tissue paper, stickers, cards, bags, etc.)
– Packaging sizes and variations
– Detailed packaging or unboxing instructions
– Branding items such as thank-you cards, care cards, or promotional inserts
– Special assembly or folding requirements
Once we receive the materials, we integrate them seamlessly into your production and final finishing process.
Best Practices for Packaging Projects
To achieve a premium unboxing experience, we recommend:
1. Choosing packaging materials aligned with your brand identity and sustainability goal
2. Providing clear placement instructions for cards, stickers, or inserts
3. Preparing packaging in different sizes when your product range varies
4. Ensuring fragile materials (such as boxes) have proper protection for shipping
5. Sending extra packaging for backup stock
6. Testing packaging with sample orders before mass production
Our team ensures a consistent, neat, and polished final presentation across all pieces in your collection.
