Let’s begin by sending us your information, pictures, technical specs, and or photographs of your garment ideas. And remember we are very open to discussion. Let’s keep in touch as this process takes shape.
Don’t Stress! We have a skilled team of pattern designers, who are able to help you to create your own style. All samples created by us will be reviewed before starting production. It’s important to us that you are satisfied with your new design. We will NEVER share or sell your pattern to other designers. Your pattern and your design will be kept under lock and key at our factory.
Design is required to making a sampling. However, if you have a problem with this, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you.
After the pattern is done, we will make sure the sample is exactly how you want before we start the bulk production. It could be any style such as, pants, dresses, robe, jacket, blazer, t-shirt, playsuit, or any other style.
Sample prices will increase; as the designs gets more complex or require many more hours for production, etc.
If the material price is high; or if complicated designs include all types of custom printing (silk screen, digital print, batik stamps, etc.)/machine embroidery/hand embellishments. /machine embroidery/hand embellishments, a slight increase in price will be needed.
After the sample is finished, we will discuss the results. If you’re not satisfied with the sample, we will make an improvement based upon on your request. It’s very important to make sure that the sample is perfect before we start the production.
The sample is done. We are ready to make a large quantity production of your product. We do the cutting with our professional team and continue onto the sewing process, always following the sample that has been agreed upon. We will always keep maintaining the quality of the product, every step of the way, even if there is a large quantity ordered.
This is one of the most important parts of the production process, and we at Megaya are some of the best in the business. We will continue with production, maintaining constant quality control, every step of the way.
To get the high quality of the product, our team always select the premium fabrics. With our quality, it does not give us any limitations in providing colour choices. At the moment, we do have 193 of colour choices.
Apart from the materials we have, you are feel free to bring your own fabrics or request the fabrics that you want, we will be happy to provide it for you. Our concern is to provide high output quality for every product that we sell.
Packaging is one of the most important things in the production. Packaging is not only for carrying out to wrap the products to be safe in shipping and received by customer, however, packaging is also a show the customers products we sell. It helps customers understand what the enclosed product is for, how it should be used, who should use it and, maybe most importantly, if we should buy a product or not.
