Making Your First Sample
Before we make a big batch of clothes, we have to make one perfect test piece. This is called a sample or prototype. If you have a drawing, a photo, or just a detailed idea, our expert team will work with you to make it real. We create the patterns on our computers and keep fixing the size and style until the clothes fit perfectly and look exactly the way you imagined. At Megaya Bali we make two samples that we called mother samples one of the sample will send to you and one of them we will keep it as production mother sample. We need the mother sample to make sure the production will follow the mother sample.
Small Orders Are Welcome
Starting a fashion brand can be scary because it usually costs a lot of money to buy inventory. We want to make it safer and easier for you. Because we allow small orders (low MOQ), you can test your new designs and see what your customers like without taking a huge financial risk. As your business gets bigger, we can easily make larger orders for you. We also accept the huge quantity, of course the price will different with the low quantity. Our production is 500 pcs each week, 2.000 pcs each month.

At Megaya we are offer the conventional dyeing and natural dyeing, our MOQ for dyeing is 25 meters for each colors and will take time 2-3 weeks for dyeing process depend on the weather that day, our color tollerance 3-15% for each color.

We offer high-quality digital printing and screen printing to place your exact artwork perfectly onto the fabric. Step 3: Making the “Mother Sample” Before we make a big order, we make one perfect test piece. This is called a “Mother Sample.” We make the pattern on our computers and sew it carefully. We send one sample to you to try on and check. If you want to change the fit or the style, we will fix it until you are 100% happy. We keep a second sample at our factory so we know exactly how to make your final order.
Step 4: Making Your Full Order Once you say the sample is perfect, we start sewing your full order. Our skilled tailors work very carefully. During this step, we can also print your special artwork on the fabric or add beautiful embroidery.
Step 5: Quality Check and Shipping Before we send your clothes, we check every single piece. We make sure there are no holes, the stitching is strong, and the sizes are correct.
